• I travel to most client locations for appointments, but an appointment can be scheduled at the Chittenango Bear Paw location. 

Maintenance Information

• We offer maintenance services from an "as needed" basis, to monthly terms. All of our customers are important to us, and we perform maintenance updates to sites on a first-come first-serve basis to be sure everyone receives fair treatment. Maintenance means work done to your Website.

** PLEASE NOTE: ALL REGULAR MAINTENANCE UPDATES (PHOTOS, TEXT, BUSINESS INFORMATION ETC) WILL BE COMPLETED WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF REQUEST - REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF MAINTENANCE PLAN YOU HAVE. Special situations may arise where information needs to be posted for a deadline, and special arrangements can be made under those circumstances.

** We do not offer 24 hour service calls, however, we are more than glad to accept your emails during non-business hours, and your requests for updates, or questions will be answered as quickly as possible. If there is a server issue, or other site malfunction where the Web site is not up and running, these concerns will be addressed immediately upon receipt of notification via email or phone call. Our server host guarantees a 99% up-time for all sites.

What We Do NOT Offer
• We do not offer tech support, or type of "geek squad" type of support for network, administration or computer, or device programming issues. You need to maintain an account with a company that offers networking, programming, setup of computers and devices, and accounts.

• We are strictly a Website design and publishing company.
